Neighborhood Guide

Norman

A lively college town with real character, home of the Sooners.

[ Norman photo ]

Just south of Oklahoma City, Norman has a personality all its own, part spirited college town, part artsy, walkable community. It's home to the University of Oklahoma, so there's always something happening: game days, live music, and a downtown and Campus Corner packed with local spots like Gray Owl Coffee, Othello's, and Pepe Delgado's. (Boomer Sooner!)

Beyond campus you've got great museums like the Sam Noble and the Fred Jones Jr., barbecue and cocktails at The Meating Place on Main Street, easy access to Lake Thunderbird for boating and hiking, and neighborhoods that run the full range, historic homes near downtown, established streets, and newer builds on the edges of town. There's a little bit of everything here, at a lot of different price points.

I know Norman well, and I'd love to help you find your place in it, or sell yours when the time comes. Let's talk about what you're looking for.
